These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Mavioria website and its content. Purchase transactions are also subject to our Terms and Conditions, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and other notices displayed at checkout.

Permitted use

You may browse the website and use its features for lawful, personal shopping purposes. You are responsible for your device, internet access, and the accuracy of information you submit.

Accounts

If account features are available, keep credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law. We may restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, or service providers.

Intellectual property

The Mavioria name, site design, product presentation, text, graphics, photographs, logos, and other store content are owned by or licensed to Mavioria and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited personal viewing does not transfer ownership. You may not reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, scrape, frame, sell, or commercially exploit store content without written permission.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use the website to violate law or third-party rights; submit malicious code; probe or bypass security; impersonate another person; interfere with checkout or site operation; harvest personal information; send spam; conduct automated scraping; manipulate reviews; or make fraudulent transactions.

User communications

If you submit a review, image, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant Mavioria a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, and display that content for store operation and promotion, subject to our Privacy Policy. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Third-party services and links

The store relies on third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, and carriers, and may link to external websites. Their services and content are governed by their own terms. A link does not mean that Mavioria controls or endorses every statement on the external site.

Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an as-available basis. Mandatory consumer guarantees remain unaffected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mavioria is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss caused by website use or inability to use it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

Suspension, governing rules, and changes

We may suspend access for misuse or security risk. These terms are governed by applicable law while preserving mandatory local consumer protections. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. We may revise these terms by posting an updated version and date.
